I understand that TOG, referred to as ‘The Company’, is an Independent IT Services Provider and is not representing or associated/affiliated with any prominent Brands.
1. I acknowledge that I researched for solution providers on the internet and found The Company as a trusted solution provider and reached out to them on my own.
2. The scope of work can include but not be limited to PC optimization, optimization of applications and software, software installation, web development and/or other custom requirements.
3. I have read and understood the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and the requisite Disclaimer(s) of the Company before authorizing this payment. The same information is available on The Company’s Website for reference purposes.
4. I completely understand that The Company’s technician(s) may have complete control of my device(s) via the Remote Session, during the time technician(s) delivered their services. All work was done in my presence and I was also in touch with them via telephone/chat during the entire duration.
5. I am aware that the charges incurred for these services and/or products are one time only and are not recurring.
6. I understand that if I experience a problem with the service(s) that was provided to me on this day, then I can contact The Company and The Company will make all commercially reasonable efforts to try to resolve the problem at no additional charge. I have also been informed about the no questions asked refund policy that is valid for 60 days from the date of sale.
7.I am aware of my responsibility for maintaining and backing up all information, data, text or other materials collectively called as customer data and software stored on my device/storage media/cloud before ordering the services. I agree to indemnify the company or its referral partners from any responsibility or liability under any circumstances at any time for any loss or corruption of customer data, software or hardware that may arise out of the services.
8. If the Company is unable to secure funds for any reason, including, but not limited to, insufficient funds in my debit / credit card or bank account the Company may undertake further collection action as permitted by law.
9. I agree to receive calls/emails/texts regarding feedback, surveys, information regarding new services & products from The company and/or its affiliates, associates and/or partners.
